This purchase is for a digital product, which means no physical delivery is offered.
Once your illustration is ready you will receive the high resolution files directly in your email to print in the size and surface of your choice, as well as making several copies over the years if you wish to.
A printing and framing guide will be included in your files to help you out make the most of your design.
You will own the file for a lifetime an the possibilities are endless!

Your will receive your illustration in JPG format created at 300dpi for a clear, high quality image in the size you requested.

This purchase includes the following files:

- Guest book poster file in the size you requested.

- Art print file (DINA-ISO format) with just the line art illustration/text to use as wall art. (Printable up to A1 size)

- 'Please, sign out guest book' printable to accompany your poster.

- Certificate of Authenticity.

RUSH ORDERS
I understand in some cases you may need your piece earlier for a special occasion.

If you require urgent delivery please get in touch to receive more information about express delivery availability and fees.

Place your order and send your picture > I will confirm your image/s and order details with you > Creation process (I will work on your piece within the turnaround advertised at the time of purchase) > Illustration files will be delivered to your email.

You can upload your picture of reference when placing your order.

Tips when choosing your reference image:

- Avoid shots looking directly at the camera/ selfie style pictures.
Instead, pick a picture where the couple is interacting with each other (kissing, looking at each other, dancing, hugging...).
This way we can capture these special connections in the illustration which really makes the difference!

- The higher the resolution, the better!
If your picture's quality is not enough we will need to rely on my own interpretation.

- The most important aspect of your picture will be your pose. What you see in your picture is what I will draw with my lines.
I may be able to tweak small details (adjust clothing when possible, fix hair, remove elements....) but I won't be able to change the main poses of a photo.

Don't worry about the background and focus on the poses. You don't need to submit a professional photograph, you can even take a snap with your phone posing in your living room :)

- Get inspiration from other samples on my website or couple's poses you like. Just copy the pose and I'll work on the magic!

In case you are not 100% happy with how your illustration turned out one round of modifications is included for each piece where technically possible. 

You must be specific with the exact changes you want (example: remove some lines from his t-shirt to keep it more simple, draw a circle to stand out her cheek, make nose smaller…) and they must be made in one go.

Major modifications that increase significantly the working time may incur in additional costs (example: redraw a big area of the portrait). I will always communicate with you prior.

Please note we rely on your picture so it’s very important the picture you send through is good quality. If the photo quality is not enough we will rely on the artist interpretation.

- Pets, babies and large objects (building, vehicles...) classify as extra subjects in terms of pricing. Please make sure you account these at the time of purchase and include them in your selection.

- Backgrounds classify as an extra subject.
In the case of very detailed and complex backgrounds price may increase.

- You can include your names, date or a short quote at the bottom. This is optional and does not have an extra cost, just let me know in the order notes at checkout.

- Sometimes I am able to combine different images to create your illustration, but this is not always possible.
