Due to the nature of my products we have a no return/refund policy.
Please contact us at hello@monicagonzalezart.com if you have any problems with your order.

To be eligible for an order cancellation, you must request it before we have confirmed the details of your order or any further interaction about the creation process of your piece.
Unfortunately, I am unable to accept returns or cancellations on digital downloads or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
