Digital watercolour painting

This purchase is for a DIGITAL PRODUCT, which means no physical delivery is offered.

Once your illustration is ready you will receive the high resolution files directly in your email to print in the size and surface of your choice, as well as making as many copies over the years as you wish.
A printing and framing guide will be included along with your files to help you making the most of your design.
You will own the file for a lifetime an the possibilities are endless!

Your will receive your illustration in a total of two different JPG files.
(If you require a file in a different format or size please request this after purchase)

FILE 1 – Printing file.
DINA2 (420 x 594 mm or 42 x 59.4 cm. This translates to approximately 16.5 x 23.4 inches.)
Prints up to A1 size but you can definitely adapt it to other sizes.
CMYK colour profile, ready to print.

FILE 2 – Light version of your illustration to use on social media, phones, wallpaper...

+ Certificate of Authenticity signed by the artist that guarantees the originality of the artwork. Perfect addition if you are gifting!

Usual turnaround for this product is around 2 to 3 weeks from purchase date. This may vary depending on current demand and complexity of your design.

RUSH ORDERS
I understand in some cases you may need your piece earlier for a special occasion.

If you require urgent delivery please get in touch to receive more information about express delivery availability and fees.

Place your order and send your picture > I will confirm your image/s and order details with you > Creation process (I will work on your piece within the turnaround advertised at the time of purchase) > Illustration files will be delivered to your email once it has been completed.

You can upload your picture of reference when placing your order.

Tips when choosing your reference image:

- Avoid shots looking directly at the camera/ selfie style pictures. Instead, pick a picture in which people are interacting with each other (kissing, looking at each other, dancing, hugging...). This way we can capture their connections in the illustration which really makes the difference!

In case you are not 100% happy with how your illustration turned out one row of small modifications will be permitted for each piece where technically possible. 

You must be specific with the exact changes you want to be made (example: remove some lines from his t-shirt to keep it more simple, add a touch of red to the cheeks, make nose smaller…) and they must be made in one go.

Major modifications that increase the working time significantly may incur in additional costs (example: redraw a large area of the portrait). You will always be advised of this prior.

Please note we rely on your picture so it’s very important the picture you send through is good quality. If the photo quality is not enough we will rely on the artist's interpretation.

- Pets, babies and big objects (building, vehicles...) classify as extra people/subjects. Please make sure you select when ordering. (example: 2 people + car + cat will classify as a 4 subjects portrait)

- Background or extra detailed elements may be incorporated for an extra cost.

- You can include your names, date or a short quote at the bottom. This is optional and does not have an extra cost, just let me know in the order notes at checkout.

- Sometimes we are able to combine different images to create your illustration. To see if your images are suitable please contact me first and we can review your case.
